A new way to unlock rewards is now on the Spark Driver ™ app

The Spark Driver Rewards Program just got better, with a new way to earn points, track your progress, and unlock rewards as you complete trips.

The updated program features three tiers—Silver, Gold, and Sapphire—each with its own rewards and perks. Your points, combined with your My Metrics, determine which tier you unlock. 

Earn points as you complete trips

You can earn points for each completed trip, and you’ll be able to see how many points a trip is worth right on the offer card before you accept it.

Some trips that take more effort earn more points. Your points and My Metrics will determine your tier: Silver, Gold, or Sapphire. 

Unlock more as you move through the tiers

Each tier comes with its own set of rewards and perks, including partner offers.

Depending on your tier, rewards can include cellular discounts, tax filing assistance, a Dashcam app offer and a month of Walmart+. Gold and Sapphire tier drivers can also unlock the ability to see some offers before drivers in lower tiers.*

Drivers who unlock the Sapphire tier can also earn 10% more on eligible incentive earnings. The multiplier is automatically applied to eligible incentives as long as you remain in the Sapphire tier while completing them. 

Keep track with My Metrics

Your My Metrics and Rewards page makes it easy to see your progress in the app.

My Metrics includes four measurements:

• On-Time Arrival: How often you arrive on time at the first pickup location
• Completion Rate: Trips you’ve accepted and successfully completed
• Customer Rating: Feedback customers share about your deliveries
• Quantity Found: Your success in finding items during Shopping & Delivery

My Metrics appears after you complete 10 trips and is based on your most recent 100 completed trips within the past 15 months. Because your metrics reflect recent eligible activity, they may not update immediately after every trip.

Ready to check your rewards?

Open the Spark Driver app, visit the Main Menu, then select My Metrics and Rewards. From there, you can see your points, track your tier progress, view what you’ve unlocked, and tap each metric to learn more about how it works. 

Rewards are based on your activity on the app—not on how many offers you accept. Explore offers that may be available through the Spark Driver Rewards Program.
