My Metrics

My Metrics reflect recent activity across key parts of the delivery experience, including arriving on time, completing accepted trips, customer ratings, and finding items during Shopping & Delivery trips.

Unlock rewards

Your points and My Metrics determine whether you unlock Silver, Gold, or Sapphire. As you reach higher tiers, you can unlock additional rewards. You can track your progress and view available rewards in the Spark Driver app.
