The Spark Driver™ team is continuously working behind-the-scenes to dream up new ideas and experiences for all drivers on the platform. Here are some of the biggest launches and feature updates that are now available to you. Let’s check them out!

The new Spark Driver app website

Our team just launched a brand new website for drivers—like you. This improved information hub is loaded with useful information, and you can read about other drivers’ stories, future events, and platform changes. The new website also showcases a more modern design, which uses videos and images to highlight the most crucial delivery steps in your driving experience.

Spark Driver app Home screen redesign

You may have also noticed that the Spark Driver app experience has changed! In this new experience, the Trips tab has returned. This tab will allow you to see your accepted trips and view the estimated earnings amount for an accepted offer.

In addition, the new layout puts the heatmap and the Spark Now button front and center. This update is meant to make it easier for you to get online and quickly view where offers are available. Offer cards have also been redesigned to help you decide which trips are right for you!

My Metrics updates

While you have been busy making deliveries, we’ve been preparing a special delivery for you! We are excited to introduce updates to My Metrics that will give you a better understanding of your everyday efforts on the Spark Driver platform. Here’s a look at what’s changed.

  • Introducing Completion rate

We are pleased to be able to add completion rate to My Metrics. Completion rate is the percentage of trips successfully delivered or returned. The more offers you complete, the higher your completion rate percentage will be.

  • Updates for drivers

To help you get the most out of My Metrics, we have made changes to the sample size and the window for metrics.

The sample size for metrics was increased from 50 trips to 100 trips to allow you more opportunities to improve your driving. The original three-month window for metrics has been changed and is now based on your most recent 100 trips and are calculated on a rolling basis. Metrics will be updated after each trip, so they are kept fresh for you.

You can check out the optional Resource Center if you have questions on the user experience.
